Essentials of matrix algebra.
General linear model, its assumptions and applications. Data checking before entering the multuvariate analysis.
Methods of prediction and classification: multiple linear and logistic regression, discriminant analysis, cluster analysis.
Methods of structuring: principal component analysis, correspondence analysis, exploratory factor analysis, introduction to hierarchical modeling, multidimensional scaling, introduction to structural modeling. Methods for missing data imputation.
